One of the largest parts of our latest project was to literally replace the main support beam running between my ceiling of the downstairs and floor of the upstairs in order to remove a load-bearing wall. Scott was very good at explaining all the steps of what would be happening, what to expect, when to stay out of the house for a couple of days, and he even sent progress pictures to us while we were staying in a hotel! The work was executed so nicely, that our architect/designer came over before the sheetrock went up and commented about how great it looked and how he was going to start recommending Scott to his other clients. We have a couple more projects needed for our home; and we would not think of trusting anyone other than Scott and his team.
